Mô tả công việc

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef Bake or relevant role with in the 5 star hotel or very good reputable free-standing bakeries

- Food Safety Management System knowledge

- Knowledge of wide range international bakery products

- Able to prepare large quantities of breads, pastries, and cakes

- Capable of menus writing, planning and developing

- Cost controlling, Organizing and leadership skills

- Order and receive supplies and materials with the knowledge of basic computer skills

- Must have fair writen and speaking English communications

- 2 years experience as a chef or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.

- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
