Mô tả công việc

- In charge to maintain the relationship and customer service with Korean guests

- Manage Guest Relation team about manning, recruitment, training

- Give instruction to ensure all guests receiving proper rooming orientation, courtesy call and recovery service if they have problem during their stay

- Preview VIP’ next day arrivals, ensuring that those with special requests and those accorded special status by hotel are highlight to Management and necessary related functions are actions

- Handle guest’s complaints or requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow up

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor in Hotel Management or similar degree

- Good communication in both English and Korean

- Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
