Mô tả công việc

- Maintenance of social media platforms to ensure content is up to date and relevant

- Undertake production of advertisement, hotel collateral and other projects

- Design content (copywriting, photo, and video) for marketing usage under manager’s supervision and guidance

- Produce within specified guidelines all promotional collateral required for both Rooms and F&B.

- Monitoring of guest reviews through TrustYou platform.

- Identify digital marketing through third party websites and forward recommendations to Manager.

- Keep within the Accor brand guidelines for all advertising and marketing

- Management and understanding of the Accor Brand Audit for Digital Marketing

- Organize meetings with professional people who are in a position to help publicize the hotel through Digital Marketing means

- Execute daily tasks following the marketing plan

- Maintaining contact with all relevant departments of the hotel

- Maintaining a close working relationship with Accor Vietnam Marketing cluster

- Maintain relationships with key people pertaining to digital marketing within the hotel industry

- Other duties assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduate / Hotel Management, Marketing or related course • Basic graphic design skill, editing software know: illustrator, Photoshop • Fluently in English • Experience in creative content writing, fan page is an advantage. • Able to work under pressure and fulfill deadline • Open minded, curious and willing to learn
