Mô tả công việc

Details will be discussed during interview
- Responsible for Front Office operation to ensure guest satisfaction
- To maximize the revenue through room sales and keep the billing to be arranged in proper procedures
- To attend any guest complains and resolve as quick as possible to ensure best hotel service and positive review.
- To handle group arrivals together with Sales Manager, Assistant General Manager, get in contact with the Tour Leaders when neccesary and obtain all information needed, and to confirm final arrangement

- To lead, train, supervise and recruit his/her subordinates
- To control expenses to a minimum level
- Maintain good working relationship within FO and with other departments

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 2 years working experience in same level position at hotel similar size and complexity including supervisory or management experience

- University graduate Hospitality and Tourism degree or related

- Good appearance and mature of ages from 28-35.

- Excellent English skills (all four skills), fluent in Russian (or Chinese) is an advantage
- Strong communication an interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, organization, training, and team building skills
- Motivated, good problem solving skills, able to work under high pressure
