Job Summary – (Role Summary)

• It is the responsibility of the Graphic Design to produce effective, strategic marketing and advertising materials in an effort to maximize revenue for the IMPERIAL Hotel brand.
• Key responsibilities include mentoring, project leadership, strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns and materials, both in-market and internal.
• Materials include compelling content for the Company’s websites, digital advertising, email, social media as well as thoughtful designs for printed media, such as direct mail, brochures, flyers and large-format pieces.
• In addition, write specifications and work with Print Buyer and vendors to make sure all pieces are printed correctly and on time.
• To guide and train other department Designers as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

• Develop, design, or create new applications, ideas, or products.
• Oversee and manage the production of various print and digital items both internally and through vendors.
• Efficiently handle and delegate high-volume workload, and ensure all deadlines are met by graphic design team.
• Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
• Use a variety of tools, applications and computer software to generate new images.
• Responsible for creating and revising hotel and tournament collateral, forms, signage, ads, invitations and/or specialty pieces as assigned
• Provide training/guidance for Designers
• Assure that all design needs are met and branding is consistent
• Stay current in design trends and advertising styles
• Keep current and organized files of all digital assets & specs
• Update on-property digital assets including in-room television, casino floor, marquee, etc.
• Assess and prioritize projects to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Works with team to identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Any other responsibility or tasks deemed necessary by supervisor

• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required;

Qualifications –Bằng cấp

• 2 year degree in art or graphic design and/or 5-7 years design experience in Quark, Illustrator & Photoshop on Mac in an advertising agency or graphic arts environment.
