Mô tả công việc

• 1. According to market price floating and vegetable supply, control the food cost of staff canteen reasonably.

• 根据市场价格浮动及时令蔬菜供应情况，合理控制员工餐厅的食品成本。

• 2. Supervise the water, electricity and gas consumption of staff canteen, save energy as much as possible.

• 监督员工餐厅厨房水电气的合理利用，节能减排。

• 3. Ensure employees use the equipments and cooking utensils correctly for safety.

• 每日监督部门员工正确操作各种设备和厨具的使用，确保安全生产。

• 4. Improve dish quality and create new dishes continuously for better staff satisfaction.

• 不断提高菜品质量，创新菜品，不断提高员工的用餐满意度。

• 5. Responsible for receiving inspection to guarantee the food material meet the requirements of food hygiene.

• 负责员工餐厅收货检查，保证食材符合食品卫生要求。

• 6. Assign tasks for subordinates according to the daily menu.

• 根据每日不同菜品，分配下属工作任务。

• 7. Cook dishes with Chef de partie or Commis together.

• 根据每餐菜谱，与厨师主管或炒锅厨师一起烹制菜品。

• 8. Responsible for purchasing food materials according to staff canteen menu and meal numbers.

• 根据实际情况，采购第二天需要的食品原料。

• 9. Provide training for subordinates to improve their skills and service consciousness. • 对下属员工进行培训指导，提高员工操作技能和服务意识。

• 10. Responsible for the hygiene of staff canteen and kitchen.

• 负责员工餐厅和厨房内的整体卫生，确保达到酒店标准。

• 11. Complete other work arranged by DHR.

• 完成人力资源总监安排的其他工作。

Yêu cầu công việc

- College Degree or above

- Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken

English - Good level, written & spoken

- Knowledge of third language is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel, PowerPoint

- At least 4 years in international hotels in the same position.
