Mô tả công việc

GENERAL MISSION

• To assist Account Supervisor in preparing and auditing processing all hotel's disbursement.
• To assist Account Supervisor to post Journal Voucher for month-end closing.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• To record and disburse liabilities incurred by the hotel.
• Account for an audit all items on all purchase orders, receiving record and supplier's invoices.
• To review voucher for all payments whether immediate payments or regular payments.
• Balance supplier's monthly statement to the ledger control account.
• Cross balance F&B purchase with the recording of the cost control section and monthly reconcile the total amount of inventory purchased with the total amount received by Storekeeper.
• Check delivery order with supplier's invoice
• Daily record payment voucher in SAP system.
• To be ready and responsible when assigned any other duties as designated by Supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years related previous experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Hotel’s experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SAP/SUN and other applicable computer systems.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
