Responsible for day to day electricity maintenance service and repairs with the goal of keeping down-time to a minimum to keep facility running efficiently.

Chịu trách nhiệm bảo trì và sửa chữa điện hàng ngày với mục đích giữ cho thời gian dừng máy là nhỏ nhất để cho phương tiện (MMTB) hoạt động hiệu quả nhất.

1. Must be a team player by responding to any electrical failure on equipment in facility.
Phải làm việc theo nhóm để đáp ứng cho bất kỳ sự hư hỏng nào của thiết bị điện trên các máy móc thiết bị.
2. Repairs, and maintains electrical equipment wiring, both high and low voltage, and electrical control systems. All in accordance with applicable national state, and local codes.
Sửa chữa, bảo trì hệ thống lưới điện, cả cao thế và hạ thế, và hệ thống kiểm soát điện. Tất cả phải phù hợp với các tiêu chuẩn quốc gia và địa phương.
3. Uses various test meters and test equipment commonly used to detect and diagnose electrical problems.
Sử dụng được các dụng cụ thí nghiệm và các thiết bị kiểm tra thông thường để phát hiện và chẩn đoán các hỏng hóc về điện
4. Operates, services generator, power transformers, distribution components and systems, both low and high voltage.
Vận hành, bảo dưỡng máy phát điện, trạm biến áp, hệ thống tủ phân phối, tủ hợp bộ cho cả cao và hạ thế.
5. Operates and maintains plumping system, waste water treatment system according with technical requirement.
Vận hành và bảo trì hệ thống cấp nước và hệ thống xử lý nước theo đúng các yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
6. Installs conduit, pulls wire, completes all connections and executes required testing prior to energizing circuits.
Lắp đặt ống, kéo dây, hoàn thành tất cả các kết nối và hoàn thành các thử nghiệm trước khi đóng điện.
7. Installs and services sanitation equipment, kitchen equipment due according the resort rules and regulations.
Lắp đặt, bảo dưỡng các thiết bị vệ sinh, thiết bị nhà bếp theo các tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn hay các quy định khác.
8. Specifies repair parts and replacement parts.
Am hiểu (hiểu rõ) về phụ tùng thay thế và phụ tùng sửa chữa.
9. Obey all plant and departmental safety policies
Tuân thủ các chính sách an toàn của Công ty và của bộ phận.
10. Perform any other work related duties as directed by supervision.
Thực hiện bất kỳ các công việc theo sự phân công trực tiếp của người giám sát (cấp trên)

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Qualified as an Industrial Electrician. Preferred: 2 years up of prior experience in the job listed above.
Đủ tiêu chuẩn là thợ điện công nghiệp. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trên 2 năm.
2. Basic understanding of electrical circuitry and facility systems such as HVAC systems, compressed air systems, boiler systems.
Hiểu biết cơ bản về hệ thống điện và thiết bị của các hệ thống như: Hệ thống HVAC, hệ thống nén khí, hệ thống lò hơi.
3. Must have working knowledge of the current national electrical code (NEC).
Phải có kiến thức trong công tác về các quy định của nhà nước về ngành điện.
4. Must be able to read and comprehend technical data such as; wiring diagrams, schematics, blue prints and manuals.
Có khả năng đọc hiểu các tài liệu kỹ thuật như: Sơ đồ điên, bản vẽ, thiết kế và hướng dẫn vận hành.
5. Must be able to work flexible schedule (ie: odd hours, holidays and weekends) if necessary, to ensure proper operation of facility equipment.

Có thể làm việc theo một lịch linh động(ví dụ: Thêm giờ, ngày nghỉ và cuối tuần) nếu cần thiết để đảm bảo cho thiết bị hoạt động hiệu quả.

6. Have knowledge & experiences in Air conditioning is the priority.

Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về bảo trì điều hòa là lợi thế.
