GUEST RELATION OFFICER (Thuận An - Bình Dương, gần Vsip 1)

We are looking for the Guest Relation Officer (Ascott Host) who will working at Citadines in Binh Duong, with the following responsibilities:

To guide or to support related documents to in-house tenants for applying visa extensions, residence permits, Internet service etc.

To get to know our Long term residents.

Regular interaction directly with them.

Conduct surveys.

To organize activities for all Tenants, the Children, the Families and act as interpreter for the activities if required.

To create a format for collection of feedback and complaints from customers & create channel for timely feedback and suggestions to other department.

To create unique customer experiences to surprise residents.

To receive new long stay residents and VIPs and pick up VIPs customers from the airport.

To prepare reports as assigned by the supervisor and perform any other duties as may be assign by the Management.

- Monthly service charge (after probation)

- Meal allowance and monthly travel allowance

- AON Health care (company paid all the cost)

- Participating job training , skill training and company staff activities.

- Full Insurance policy per current labor law.

- Other benefits per Vietnam labor law.

Experience: Has experience at event organizing or similar job. Refer candidates work in the hospitality industry.

Competencies: Good spoken and written in English, good knowledge in use of computers (Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel)

Personal Attributes: Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential
