Mô tả công việc
This position oversees the property wide training and development efforts. Conduct needs analysis to identify specialized training needs that might arise within the property. Develop training contents, monitor training activities and evaluates the progress, effectiveness and impact of training, internal communications and events. Make recommendations and suggestions for improvement. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Imperial Hotel
Responsibilities
- Mainly in charge the implementation of Orientation, Soft Skill and Guest Service and
others training courses.
- Ensure all training plans are fully implemented.
- Regularly review and evaluate the implementation of training plans for supporting
Departments to complete the plan.
- Follow up all OJT training activities from Departments (Plan, Random check, Record,…)
- Monitor all training activities, facilitate all training and development efforts throughout
the entire property to include orientation, supervisory development, skills training,
recognition programs, internal communications and employee events.
- Manage all communication to participants in professional and effective way
- Ensure all training materials, posters, prochures are well designed
- Record all training activities such as taking pictures, video record
- Make sure that all training events are timely & properly supported in terms of training
equipment
- Conduct Foundation Program for new staff to help them understand and familiarize with
basic knowledge and skills related to hospitality and casino business
- Conduct needs analysis to determine specialized training needs on property.
- Coach/Develop In-house Trainers/Departmental Trainers and build a closed relationship
to HODs/Department/Staffs.
- Develops activities/curriculum to enhance standardized training programs.
- Monitors and evaluates to the progress and effectiveness of training and development programs and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Design and produce training aids (i.e. case studies, simulations, games, exercises, etc.) and support materials.
- Suggest and Support Training Director to develop Training plan (Monthly, Annualy).
- Support Training Director to design and develop materials for Developmental Training
Program
- Function as an internal consultant to assist management in the analysis and identification of organizational issues and development.
- Handles all tracking and communication of property training and reporting needs.
- Regular update training history record
- Doing training needs analysis to suggest training solutions for staffs/Department.
- Support/Assist Training Director in other duties as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in majority of training or business management
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a Trainer in service industry of multinational
company with large scale
- Excellent presentation and training delivery skills
- Strong management, organization and planning skills
- Strong analysis, training and development skills such as design, implementing and
evaluation must be.
- Demonstrate the ability to be innovative in adult/organization training and development.
- Knowledgeable and expertise in training methods, learning styles and training format
such as workshops, seminars, web-based training…
- Strong consultancy and people influence skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in the local language and English both verbally and
nonverbally.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to The Grand Imperial property standards
- Excellent guest service skills. Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or
stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Exchange and Outlook.
