Mô tả công việc
- Assist with all activities related to groups & events.
- Monitor daily and liaise with agents bookings.
- Help implement PR marketing plans.
- Assist on issuing agent/group contracts.
- Meet with and respond to event and group enquires including internet bookings.
- Assist in the management of tournaments/member’s/ social functions and lease with the events department at the hotel.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Work closely with the finance department on group/event payments/invoicing.
- Deliver timely accurate reports á required by the clubs management.
- Assist the general manager primarily with issuance and control of vouchers.
- Liaise with and solve customer complaints/enquiries as needed.
- ALWAYS maintain and protect the clubs private information that you have access too.
