THE POSITION
The Activities Coordinator is an energetic, open-minded and well-organized individual with strong English communication and administrative skills. The role coordinates activity bookings, assigns tasks and organizes team schedules to ensure smooth guest operations and balanced working hours.
The position also supports the development and coordination of creative activities and programs for children.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The position also supports the development and coordination of creative activities and programs for children.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and accurately record guest activity bookings in the system.
- Coordinate bookings, emails, events and activity requests.
- Assign activities and communicate relevant information to team members on duty.
- Organize team schedules and workload to ensure smooth operations and balanced working hours.
- Ensure all equipment and setups are ready before each activity.
- Prepare guest tours and ensure all required equipment is available according to departmental standards.
- Conduct and support tours, providing attentive, friendly and professional guest service.
- Provide guests with relevant information about destinations, local history and experiences.
- Ensure tours and activities comply with safety, legal and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely departmental reports and records.
- Keep up to date with tourism information, destinations and local experiences.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all activities and identify opportunities to recommend and upsell experiences to guests.
- Ensure all equipment is properly checked, collected and returned after activities.
- Understand and strictly follow all safety procedures.
- Handle guest concerns effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when required.
- Support and coordinate Kids’ Activities, including developing creative games and experiences for children.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College or University diploma preferred, ideally in Tourism, Hospitality, Recreation or a related field.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good computer and administrative skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to organize manpower, prioritize assignments and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Guest-oriented, proactive, energetic and a good team player.
- Creative and confident in organizing recreational and Kids Activities.
- Good knowledge and awareness of health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of local destinations, outdoor activities or tour operations is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
