Core Responsibilities
- Verify figures, postings, and documents to ensure accuracy
- Organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash, and financial data
- Manage computerized financial and payroll information
- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial and accounting reports
Payroll & Employee Records
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and files
- Review, verify, and reconcile:
- Record and post payroll-related data accurately
- Transmit transaction files to the payroll system
- Process employee paychecks and earnings statements
- Calculate wages and deductions (e.g., insurance, union dues, parking)
- Enter payroll data into the system
- Ensure compliance with company payroll procedures
Provide information to employees and managers on:
- Payroll matters
- Tax issues
- Benefits plans
- Collective bargaining agreements
System Maintenance
- Set up and adjust time clock systems (e.g., schedules, restrictions)
- Verify and correct time records and punches
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Protect confidential and proprietary information
- Safeguard company assets
Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Answer calls using proper etiquette
- Build positive working relationships
- Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative environment

Required Skills:
• Demonstrate an interest in and an understanding of issues relevant to your department and hotel and keep your knowledge up to date, including legislative information, ability to interact with customer, employees and third parties that reflects on the hotel.
• Problem Solving, Customer focus, Motivating and team work
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
