Recommend Pricing Strategies to be developed by Revenue Management and Sales, on the different online channels, based on opportunities identified by the different partners.
Be the hotel contact person for the MHI Direct Sales team (melia.com, call center, loyalty, campaigns development), as well as for OTA’s Market Managers and any other On Line Distributor (Flash Sales, etc...)
Motorize rate and inventory parity on Melia.com, and contracted OTAs.
Report hotel OnLine performance and Business Intelligence.
Find and evaluate new Online opportunities, new OTAs, new business models, and new developments on the current partners
Content supervisor
Online reputation and Social Media responsible
Customer Strategy plan developer.
Perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of organization.
