Mô tả công việc
Managing and recording information, all sorts of documents (including confidential ones), contracts and related dispatches.
Translating documents/dispatches and interpreting when dealing with foreign partners.
Composing, conducting and overseeing working agendas, meeting schedules, business trips, booking air tickets and arranging hotels.
Making minutes of all meetings.
Receiving the Chairman’s guidance and then clearly and timely conveying to related individuals/departments or organizations.
Liaising with departments/sections as well as supporting them in solving arising problems and general matters.
Implementing secretarial tasks of the Clerical and Assistant Board in welcoming guests and partners.
Supporting the Chairman in business trips, carrying out diplomatic missions with partners (organizations and associations) and related tasks.
Other tasks as required, will be discussed during the interview

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Female candidates preferred
- University graduated, major in Law.
- Excellent communication in English: reading, writing, speaking, listening
- Capable of being flexible and adaptable based on changing priorities across a range of different tasks (multitasking) to meet deadlines.
- Good written and oral communication skills
