Mô tả công việc

1. Develops and oversees marketing plans.

2. Plans and implements marketing strategies for the effective marketing of the organization with optimum use of the marketing resources to ensure maximum results with minimum wastage.

3. Anticipates and projects sales forecasts and monitor market trends.

4. Plans and controls budgetary activities.

5. Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

6. Confers or consults with Department Heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on meeting customers’ expectations.

7. Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

8. Motivates, supervises and appraises staff’s performance in the sales and marketing department.

9. Provides guidelines and training to staff in the execution of their duties within the Department.

10. Implements all advertising and PR plans of the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College/University degree.

- Good verbal and written English.

- Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel. Organized, Polite, Approachable, Attentive.

- Possess good management skills and problem solving skills.

- Decisive, Careful, Independent and responsible, Effective Communicator.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a DOSM or DOS in the hospitality industry.
