General Scope and Purpose:

To work in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the company’s rules and procedures. To fulfill the requested duties and functions specific to the department to the best of your ability.

General Responsibilities:

To adhere to all fire and safety regulations

To maintain company standards for hygiene and physical appearance

Represent the hotel in a positive manner on and off duty

Follow all regulations and procedures as laid down by the company

To attend training and meetings as required

To liaise with other departments on related issues

To complete all given tasks in a timely manner to adhere to operational hours as needed

To contribute to the total guest satisfaction of the hotel

Specific’s responsibilities:

· Make sure that goods always keep in good condition. Inform Financial Controller & Purchasing manager if goods in bad condition.

· Control daily arrivals of goods from suppliers. Check quantity of goods receiving base on PR & PO transfer from purchasing manager. Check actual goods received to PR, PO, invoices. Informs to request department when goods arrive. Informs for purchasing manager & request department if the goods are not enough or poor quality.

· Prepare goods receiving notes (3 copies). Note down any discrepancy on goods receiving note. Keep 1 and give 1 to request department, 1 for inventory accountant.

Check expire date of goods receiving, combine with purchasing manager to change nearly expired items (1 month before expire date) to suppliers.

Update daily stock cards of goods going out and into store.

Update daily the mini/max stock and be aware of minimum stock. Make purchase request of goods in store. Make sure that goods enough for use.

Issuing goods base on Stock Requisition form. Input in system & print out goods issuing note for inventory accountant checking.

Take part in physical count at end of month. Responsible for quantity of goods in store.

Control of store’s key & responsible for store’s key, keep it during working hour.

• Clean criminal record

• Prior experiences within the Hospitality Industry is a must.

• Fluency in the English Language is advantage

• Know how to use the Comanche is preferable
