REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager

POSITION SUMMERY:

As a Floor Supervisor that you are passionate, confident and innovative to turn moments into memories for all our guests, ensuring that he/she gives exceptional service w/ a smile.

You will monitor and support set up, keep on top of any maintenance issues, keep cleanliness and safety priority in all food and beverage areas.

The Floor Supervisor will be a role model for his/her team and always lead from the front setting standards and achievable targets w/ daily training activities to ensure our team is the best in Saigon.

The Floor Supervisor should pays close, attention to all operational details to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of guests and job satisfaction of team members, as well as the financial success of the concept.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To be flexible in attitude, approach and in working hours.

2. Great organization skills and attention to detail.

3. Excellent time management and organisational skills.

4. Fluency in English and Vietnamese both written and spoken.

5. Good communication skills.

6. Creative and well organized, able to work in shift and under high pressure.

7. Provided excellent service to internal customers in other outlet as appropriate.

8. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relations

9. Ability to be flexible and to perform multiple tasks effectively at the same time.

10. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all F&B items in the menu and ability to recommend F&B combinations and upsell

11. Complaints handle all internal customers and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

12. Ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized at the front as well as back of house.

13. Established a report with guests maintaining good customer relationship.

14. Honesty, friendly and team players.

BEHAVIOUR:

- Calm, self-motivated, positive attitude, confident, open minded, willing to learn, good communication skills, innovative, self-starter, contributor.

Yêu cầu công việc

EDUCATION:

- Proven working experience as service supervisor

- Working experience in hospitality

- Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques

- Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset

- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
