 Determines production schedule by conferring with heads of art, copy writing, and production departments; outlining basic presentation concepts; coordinating creative activities.

 Determines project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff.

 Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts to client.

 Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.

 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

 Qualifications/Requirements

 At least 7 years of experience in designing or Art/Creative management in multimedia and graphic design

 Solid background in Entertainment/Casino Gaming industry or Lifestyle High-end Brands

 Had worked for or worked with 4 A’s Marketing/Advertising agency

 Analytical, detail-orientated and has intellectual curiosity.

 Ability to communicate complex artistic ideas through a combination of written and visual and materials required

 This role must have in depth knowledge of color theory, art history, scenic painting techniques, sculpture, architecture, perspective, theatrical lighting techniques and storytelling.

 Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and or Korean is a big plus

 Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

 Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Theater, Art, Film, or Architecture is required; Master’s degree in Theater, Art, Film, or Architecture is preferred
