High level liaison with Technical Manager and project Managers of other departments.
Manage the Surveillance Technical Team to ensure the team meet department expectations
Build a professional and successful Surveillance Technical Team to high quality service
Work with CCTV manufacture and Surveillance system integrators to develop total CCTV solution for gaming surveillance
Manage and controlling the surveillance technical section expenditure and budget
Manage a diverse workforce (nationalities and skills).
Oversee coaching, counseling and disciplinary matters for Technical & Support
Oversee Technical & Support Operating Procedures are up-to-date and in line with company standards.
Oversee recruiting and training for the Technical and Support
Ensure that all company and department P&P are adhered to
Plan, organize, prioritize and allocate responsibilities and duties according to Technical needs.
Focus and guide others to meet their objectives and expectations.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure budgets for Surveillance system as required
Manage costs of Surveillance system responsibly.
Be responsible for Health and Safety of the Surveillance Technical & Support workplace

Certificates / diplomas in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or IT Computer Hardware and Software.
Preferred minimum 10 years casino surveillance CCTV system technical experience. Experience on Pelco, Honeywell, Synectics, Dallmeier and associated Surveillance systems. Supervisory / management experience in casino technical section operations. Previous experience with digital (virtual or hybrid systems) 3000+ camera system.
Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written
Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on Technical demanding
Proficient computer skills including Auto CAD, e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction
Manage all aspects of the system and technical issues relating the CCTV system
Ensure that the CCTV and associated systems are maintained to the highest levels of proficiency.
Project and manage CCTV system updates and installations and changes.
Be effective in communicating with all stakeholders (Surveillance, Security, IT, Facilities Management, contractors and vendors) – participate and when required manage interdepartmental meetings including minutes and action plans.
Manage and motivate the technical team, coach, counsel and discipline as required.
Assess the team’s technical and job knowledge – implement training and assessing and continued the job learning/training for the team.
Be responsible for interviewing and hiring of Technical & Support section team members.
Manage and allocate the technical section budget.
Ensure that inventory of equipment and spare is sufficient for business needs.
Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors (SI’s, suppliers and other product vendors).
Establish and maintain a strong knowledge of product available in the market.
Establish and maintain working relationships with counterparts at other casino properties.
Ensure compliance with Baseline CCTV standards.
Allocate and roster manpower to ensure business requirements are met.
Prepare daily, weekly or monthly reports as required.
Ensure a proactive and positive approach to maintain and enhance the system and associated areas.
Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Surveillance.
