• Be responsible for patrolling all areas of the resort based on the route and schedule established by Chief Security and reporting any breaches of Security & Safety

• Check all exit lights and report if any does not run

• Check the location and situation of fire extinguishers. Ensure that all fire extinguishers are properly sealed or not. Report any malfunction

• Check inside all cabinets of fire water hose. Report anything unclean and remove any items which should not be in

• Ensure that all exit stairway doors are closed

• Ensure that any unnecessary lights are switched off (saving energy

• Check that all doors to stores, offices, etc., are closed and locked upon the day time. Report to Duty or Night Manager in case that the doors must be locked without closing

• Search all areas where stolen items could be hidden

• Conduct unannounced searches of mini-bar attendant trolley and housekeeping store

• Stop and ask any suspicious persons a question (politely). This is applied to staff members and outsiders

• Report any team members found drunken, eating or smoking whilst on duty in uniform in the public areas

• Check any carried staff bags randomly

• Stop and report any team members seen leaving the resort by unauthorized access routes. Direct them to the team member entrance and record their names

• Ensure that all function rooms are locked and switched off the lights if not using. If any guestroom doors are seen to be open, knock the door to check that guests are in their rooms or not. Help guests close the door in case that they go out. Record room number and time in your patrol report

• In addition to arranged schedule, it is necessary to conduct to patrol randomly

• These random patrols will be directed by Chief of Security or Security Supervisor and carried out without announcement

• Perform others tasks assigned by HOD or Supervisor

• Complete all assigned tasks on time
