- To provide general management of daily guest satisfaction throughout their hotel experience.
- To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction.
- To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times.
- Responsible for hiring, training and development of all guest relations associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.

- Guest Relation or Duty Manager experience is a must
- At least 01 year experience at supervisor/ manager position.
- Fluent English| Good communication| Service mind
- Flexible working hour & Can start at the soonest.
