Mô tả công việc

Position Summary:

Providing customer service to all guests including buying in and paying out transactions, enquiries answering, food and drinks ordering and serving.

Floor Attendant must also take responsibilities of certain level of daily cleaning of the Club.

This position is a full time position and the duty hours varies depends on the management, Floor Attendant is required to work on shift, including night shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests

• Offer guests food and beverage

• Serving guests food and beverage

• Answer enquiries

• Handle buying in transaction for guests

• Inform superior for any pay out request of guests

• Handling complaints and report to superior for reference

• Report to superior for support if complaints beyond their capability of settling.

• Assist guests for buying in and paying out when guest requested

• Provide customer service to guests

• Follow instruction and tasks allocated by superior

• Perform other Club related duties when require

- Thời gian làm việc: ca sáng (6am - 2pm), ca chiều (2pm - 10pm) và ca đêm (10pm - 6am)

Quyền lợi được hưởng

- Lương từ 6 triệu tuỳ trình độ

- Được ăn bữa chính và bữa phụ tại khách sạn.

- Khách sạn cấp đồng phục, giặt là

- Đóng đầy đủ bảo hiểm theo quy định của nhà nước.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Giới tính: Nữ độ tuổi từ 18-25

- Yêu cầu: đã có kinh nghiệm về ngành phục vụ, khách sạn, nhà hàng là ưu thế.

- Sinh viên mới ra trường

- Tiếng anh giao tiếp cơ bản

- Có khả năng làm việc theo ca và chịu được áp lực công việc cao

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

- Bộ hồ sơ đầy đủ: SYLL, CCCD, sổ hộ khẩu có dấu xác nhận của chính quyền, giấy khám sức khoẻ, 2 ảnh 3*4
