Housekeeping Coordinator/Điều phối viên Buồng phòng

Responsible for the accurate dissemination of information in coordinating the activities of the floors and Front Office. And vice versa and other departments of the hotel guests.

To provide reliable information and highlyresponsible follow-ups.

To assist in Housekeeping administration operations.

Maintain proper communications, coordination with guest, employee outside/inside department particularly Front Office and Engineering.

REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION

The Housekeeping Coordinator may be assigned to other duties from time to time when

deem necessary by the Executive Housekeeper or the Management of the hotel.

- Working English communication, Vietnamese native speaking.

- Computer Skills, Interpersonal Skills.

- Knowing how to deal with colleagues/customers professionally, good in guest complaint handling.

- Excellent in service mind oriented.

- Working experience in 2-3 years with similar position , Housekeeping Attendant with good background/profile will be considered for interview.
