Mô tả công việc

I. JOB OVERVIEW

• Perform administrative duties in support of the resort’s Human Resources programs and philosophies. Provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters.

• Responsible in Compensation and benefit.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance of employee files (hard and soft copy)

• Data Base Management

• Make sure time attendance are recorded accurately and submitted to Finance on time for monthly payroll.

• Make sure all of the supported documentation for payroll is recorded and able to track anytime.

• Make sure the figure on Smile system are accurate and updated for salary calculation and for any other HR reports.

• Responsible for any report related to C&B or any other HR reports.

• Make sure all the C&B package are in line with Resort policy and within the budget.

• Training and following up with department administrative personnel to make sure they are able to use Smile system efficiency.

• Contact and following up with Smile administration to make sure the system work and support our operation.

• Make sure all staff are registered for Social Insurance on time, health Insurance cards is updated accurately and on time.

• Follow up with Finance to make sure the payment for Social Insurance is done on time and accurately.

• Support resigned/stop working staff in any related task.

• Support operation by alarming Head of Department about their staff performance regarding their attendance base on the report from Smile. Promptly report cases of late, or not report to work as the arranged shift.

• Maintenance and administration of OH&S work place cases, as well as the management of rehabilitation programs

• Manage standardized responses to correspondence

• Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

• Ensure Staff and Manager Awareness of HR Policies and procedures

• Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH&S policies

• Support HRM/AHRM in other staff activities and other assignments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications –

• Diploma in Human Resources/ Training/ Business Administration/ Law/ English Language.

Required Skills –

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Good writing skills

Experience –

• Over  1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

* The successful candidate is expected to be on board by the end of March, 2019.
