Assist Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef in daily outlet operations.

Coordinate with HR in regards to department roster.

Coordinate with Finance in regards to purchasing, storing and other administrative tasks.

Handle all typing work required.

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Strong administration, organizational and filling skill.

Excellence in presentation and interpersonal skill.

Communication skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written)

Hotel background is a plus
