Professional Competencies

- Meeting with Outlet Supervisor on a daily basis in order to follow up on outstanding issues and for updates of the daily undertakings.

- Communicate and liaise with Outlet Supervisor on a daily basis to ensure an efficient operation of the Butler services.

- Update guest information and other guest profile details in Opera system

- Taking in villa dining orders from guests and liaising with related departments for preparation of food and beverage and delivering to the guest room and clearing afterwards.

- Pre scan the correspondences and make arrangements for the guest arrival, by ensuring all the departments are informed.

- Call the guest in advance if they stay in the region and offer them assistance in advance, e.g. road directions, book Spa or restaurants.

- Making final checks of the Villa before arrival of the guest and report and defects to respective departments.

- Offering packing and unpacking service to guests upon arrival and on departure.

- Collect necessary travel documents upon check in and make sure Registration card is filled in with all relevant information, including Email address.

- Checking guest’s food and beverage requirements and other dietary needs and informing all concerned departments.

- To make sure that guest history is up-to-date and all information is entered in guest history.

- Handling flight tickets that need reconfirmations and other travel documents of the guests if required.

- Meet the guests at least twice a day.

- Assisting food and beverage outlets when arranging special meals and or celebrations to guests if needed.

- To be up-to-date with information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interest, F&B opening hours, special dining moments and reservation requirements and make the necessary bookings when requested.

- To ensure that all guests are made fully aware of the services and facilities available to them.

- Promoting excursions and making arrangements for guest activities and excursions such as picnics, water sports, diving etc.

- Escort guests to excursions and other activities if required.

- Delivery of CDs and DVDs to guest villas.

- Making reservations for guests in spa and up selling spa treatments.

- Managing guest accounts, while ensuring that postings to the account are correct and accurate.

- Receiving payments from guests and handling efficient check-outs and operating credit card machines.

- Handling efficient check-outs and operating credit card machines. In villa check out should be offered as an option.

- Courteously bringing back guest comments and feedback forms from guests.

- Actively promote the customer loyalty program Le CLub AccorHotels to guests and know all benefits.

- Handle guest complaints and provide assistance to guest’s special request whenever required. Make sure all is logged in Opera.

- Propose new ideas and suggestions for the improvement of Butler concept.

- Assume daily duties as assigned by Outlet Supervisor or his designee.

- Selling and up selling in order to achieve the departmental budgets.

- Provide medical assistance on emergencies for guests, and liaise with Outlet Supervisor to outsource assistance if required.

- Taking immediate action and assist guests in cases of fire and hazard.

- To conduct resort site inspections when directed.

- To carry out any other duties / projects as directed by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from Vocational/College/University preferably in Hospitality, F&B or related field.

- Related experience preferably in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.

- Able to deal effectively with guests in a resort environment

- Able to interact effectively with colleagues

- Customer Service oriented mind

- Good command in English

- Knowledge of accurate cash handling

- Honesty and reliability a must

- Public relations and Human relations skills.

- Ability to communicate freely with guests entertains and accommodates any specific needs raised by guests, receive and handle all guests courteously and sincerely.
