Coordinates and arranges activities according to the Executive Chef’s requirements.
Arranges appointments and meetings for the Executive Chef, recording the same in his diary and ensuring that he has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
Attends all Food & Beverage meetings, takes the minutes of such meetings accurately, transcribing and circulating to appropriate personnel.
Compiles daily revenue and log reports from all venues for the Executive Chef’s perusal.
To liaise with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef and assist them in their duties.
Assess priorities of work and wherever possible, assist in organizing the Executive Chef’s priorities.
Ensure all office equipment is functioning and serviced regularly.
Ensures a high level of organization and cleanliness in the work area.

Education:

A University degree, college certificate or secretarial training in a vocational school or an Educational Institution.

Experience:

A minimum of two years working experience in a similar capacity

1. Proficient in written and spoken English;

2. Good Computer knowledge and ability to use a variety of software packages

3. Word-processing, and Spreadsheet skills

4. Good Translation capability

5. Fast and accurate typing skills.

6. Communication Skill
