HOTEL DESCRIPTION

Hai Phong, the third largest city in Vietnam is also the most important seaport in the northern part of the country. The city is located only a couple of hours from Hanoi (120km).

Mercure Hai Phong was scheduled to open in the end of 2017. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Cat Bi International Airport.

The property includes 176 hotel guest rooms and 57 serviced apartments. Other facilities are: 01 cuppa bar, 01 ballroom, 06 meeting rooms, 01 swimming pool and 01 restaurant.

MISSION

Assist Restaurant Manager and other co-workers in daily activities of the restaurant, supervise waiters and ensure attentive service in accordance with the standards in the assigned area.

Ensure the standard customer service within responsible scope.

Ensure the smooth coordination among restaurant, kitchen and other relevant departments.

Motivate, encourage staff to work in team and support them if necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

Vocational diploma or certificate in Hospitality.
Experience in field of Customer Service.
Experience in staff management.
Good at writing and communication in English.
Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
Good leadership and organizing skills.
