In this role, you will assist in welcoming guests and ensuring that their luggage and immediate needs are properly taken care of upon arrival. You will provide support in carrying guests’ luggage to and from their assigned rooms and help ensure that guests are comfortably settled in their rooms in accordance with hotel standards.

Good command in English and Vietnamese
Excellent communication skills
Knowledgeable about personalised customers services
Able to develop and maintain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs
Creative and well organized, able to work in shifts and under high pressure
Working experience at an international hotel in the same capacity
