Mô tả công việc

Job Scope: The C&B Assistant (C&B) will responsible for the activities related to the processing of the payroll aiming at guaranteeing the pay roll and other relevance can be run timely and correctly according to company policy.

1. Compensation & Benefits:

Check and update employee’s data into HR system.
Handle monthly record time attendant, leaves for all employee (RSC, fulltime, part-time).
Handle monthly payroll/ incentive / PIT or other bonus calculation.
Update new contract and contract renewal for all employees.
Maintain HRIS in term of employee movement such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and termination. Ensure accurate record of all staff movement.
Prepare all kind of HR reports by weekly/monthly/quarterly: HR reports, Balance Score Card, CMS-CER incentive and others.
Handle social and health insurances, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month.
Handle to prepare the data of head count, PIT declaration…for direct supervise to conduct analysis report

2. Other:

Conduct and support to HRA/ company’s activities.
Perform HRA project which assigned such as Cadena soft, Attendant record machine.
Other duties as assigned by HRA Manager/ Assistant HRA Manager/C&B Supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education / Training Qualifications: College/ University graduate

Experience:

At least 06 month - 1 year experienced in HR (C&B)
Have work with system is a plus

Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:

Good at numbers and detail-oriented.
Proactive, work well high pressured environment.
Can do attitude and a team-player.
Willing to learn new things and tasks
