Mô tả công việc

• Be responsible and mainly in-charge of LEISURE Business for both international and local

• Maintain and develop relationship with existing leisure accounts

• Searching and build up relationship with new leisure accounts

• Communicate with concerned departments to ensure the groups’ requests, requirements and expectations met and exceeded

• Closely work with Accounting department for deposit and payment

• Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel

• Familiar with all sales activities including sales call, sales Blitz.

• Sales call report and plan (Daily, Weekly and monthly)

• Monitor the customer service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately.

• Provides feedback or clients to direct Sales Manager/DOS/DOSM and react with response on time

• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors

• Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients

• Identify new market and business opportunities and increase sales

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Carry out any assignment from Sales Manager/DOS/DOSM
