Mô tả công việc

- Maintain proper staffing in all Front Office areas.

- Constantly seek new ways to increase room revenue and occupancy.

- Train and develop all Front Office personnel.

- Complete all appraisal forms accurately and on time.

- Constantly monitor Front Office communications, moral, and motivation.

- Supervise delegated responsibilities and follow up.

- Closely monitor inter-departmental communications.

- Strive to be innovative in new programs designed to eliminate waste and increase productivity.

- Inform the Hotel Manager of any unique situations or unusual developments in Front Office operations.

- Strive to attain high Guest Service techniques.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.

- Experience in Front Office would be a plus.

- Enthusiastic with and a strong wish to learn.
