Mô tả công việc

This position requires good knowledge of English, administrative skills, superior computer skills, and letter writing skills and a high level of personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible for the management and organization of F&B Kitchen office administration and being the lead contact person in the absence of the Executive Chef.

• Co-ordinates and arranges activities according to the Executive Chef’s requirement.

• Arranges appointments and meetings for the Executive Chef, recording the same in his diary and ensuring that he has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.

• Provides translation and interpretation services

• Attends all Food & Beverage meetings, takes minutes of such meetings accurately, transcribing and circulating to appropriate personnel.

• Compiles daily revenue and log reports from all outlets for the Executive Chef’s perusal.

• To liaise with Executive Chef and Outlet chef & Managers and assist them in their duties.

• Assess priorities of work and wherever possible, assists in organizing the Executive Chef’s priorities.

• Coordinate the working plans, follow up the attendance sheet and report to HR at the given time.

• Prepares replies to routine correspondence for Executive Chef.

• Takes dictation of correspondence as required

• Opens and sorts mail addressed to the Executive Chef.

• Maintains a filing and trace system.

• Answers all incoming calls for the Executive Chef and either transfers re directs or takes messages.

• Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.

• Ensure all office equipment is functioning and serviced regularly.

• Ensures Team Members complete a maintenance request form and sends it directly to the maintenance section for all repairs and servicing.

• Ensures a high level of organization and cleanliness in the work area.

• Demonstrates essential overall knowledge of the department.

• Understands the responsibilities of the other sections and departments and co-operates with them.

• Be knowledgeable of procedures for security and emergency incidents and is familiar with location of fire alarms and fire extinguishers.

• Ensures complaints and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding internal and external customer expectations.

• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.

• Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.

• Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times.

• Analyze, evaluate and improve your personal performance on a continual basis.

• Apply hotel quality assurance principles.

Communication

Communicate with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.

Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety cultures.

Work effectively in a team.

Adheres to hotel policies and procedures

• Attends work on time as scheduled

• Follows hotel grooming and hygiene standards

• Minimizes safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures

• Keeps immediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance

• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position

• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote co-operative and harmonious working climate

• At all-time projects a favorable image of the “Radisson Hotel Group Beliefs” to the public

  • University or college graduation
  • Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking and able to translate from Vietnamese to English or wise versed
  • Good leadership, analytical and conceptual skill.
