- Proactively source outside sales opportunities by soliciting local businesses through cold calling and personal visits to potential clients to increase food and beverae sales.
- Coordinate with Company’s Restaurant and all related departments
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Meet and greet clients, conduct property tours, and promote facilities and services.
- Conduct site inspections with potential clients.
- Distribute to the necessary Hotel department, detailed information relative ti F&B service.
- Assist in menu planning, preparation, and pricing.
- Type contacts, menu, letters and reports.
- Set up and maintain function files.
- Responsible for coordination with catering service personel, the kitchen and accounting. Audit client checks to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co-workers and managers.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Board of Director.

- Lương cứng 8.000.000 VNĐ + Thưởng SVC (2tr-2tr5)
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h30 - 17h30, nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng.
- Làm việc từ thứ 2 - thứ 6, thứ 7 làm luân phiên và nghỉ chủ nhật.
- Bữa ăn ca miễn phí, gửi xe miễn phí
- Thử việc 02 tháng hưởng 85% lương cứng + 50% thưởng
- Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN
- Có đầy đủ ngày phép năm sau khi kết thúc thử việc
- Có các chế độ sinh nhật, ma chay, hiếu hỉ
- Thưởng nhân viên xuất sắc quý, năm, thưởng cuối năm
- Quà Tết thiếu nhi, trung thu
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven food & beverage management experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software program (Such as MS office, restaurant management software...)
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
