- Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems.

- Respond to and try to fulfil any special banquet event arrangements.

- Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment.

- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.

service charge: 5 to 6 mil/ month

- Creative, well organized, able to work in shifts

- Knowledgeable about food and beverage, banquet operations and customer service

- Excellent multitasking skills

- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills

- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, POS)

- Able to lead, supervise and monitor associate performance (full time, casual labour and trainees)

- College or university graduates with hospitality management or relevant majors

- At least 2 years of banquet supervisory experience in 4 star hotels or in the role of banquet team leader in 5 star hotels

- Experience in wedding function companies is also considered.
