Supervisor, Control Room & Access System

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Supervising the operational deployments and ensure that they are done effectively at all times.

• Ensuring compliance to all Casino regulation in terms of access control for Back of House and Operations of Security Control Room and Pass Office.

• Administrating of Security Access Control System’s user accounts and conducts periodical review with respective Departments pertaining to user to role and role to function.

• Ensuring Pass Office Security officer and Control Room operators as well as Unarmed Outsourced Security officers are au fait with pass office and Security Control Room operation procedures respectively.

• Conducting training to new joiner as well as periodic refresher training.

• Ensuring proper documentation is performed with easy retrieval whenever audit requires.

• Configuration of Security Access Control System’s access levels and groups base on Departments’ requirements and access matrix.

• Granting of user access rights and tagging of keys for Electronic Key and Cabinet System based on Departments’ requirement and access matrix.

• Performing any other duties as assigned/directed by the Vice President of Security Operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Minimum 5 years of experience in Law enforcement agency/Security industry with 3 years in the Casino related environment. Candidate with more than 7 years of experience in Law enforcement agency/security industry and/or experienced in managing control room/Pass Office operations will be considered.

 Understand the casino operations and able to lead a team of Security officer/operators to ensure the functionality of the Security Control Room and Security Pass Office.

 Ability to work with various Casino Team to ensure the Smooth flow of casino operations.

 Able to perform shift duties.

 Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system.

 Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin or dialect (Cantonese, Korean, etc.) speaking is an advantage.
