Duties may include but not limited to:
• Perform administrative duties and office support to EVS Director/Manager
• Coordinate and arrange meetings, central document filing and general office supplies
• Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness and well grooming standard
• Proceed related administrative details in order to keep department operational and effective while achieving results of projects assigned
• Draft and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in preparation of regularly reports and records
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Draft meeting agenda and take meeting minutes accurately
• Coordinate with HR department for team member HR forms, certs and submissions
• Handle bookings, travels arrangement and coordinates with agents
• Coordinate with procurement department for request for quotation, purchase orders, invoice and contract renewals
• Coordinate with IT department for IT equipment registration, application and associated documents
• Deal with contractors for office equipment repair and maintenance
• Perform duties as assigned
• Be willing to work on irregular hours
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision; and
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Other related duties requested by supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Working experience in hotel/Resort will be advantage
• Ability to produce power point presentation in timely manner
• Strong ability in analytic and data management
• Positive attitude and well communicate with different level of team members;
• Excellent time management and ability to work multi-tasking
• Experience in Electrical and mechanical system
• Experience in using Maximo or other work ordering system is an advantage;
• Good communication skills
• Possess proficient knowledge of MS Office
• Diploma/Degree with 2 years of working experience in administration
• Good command of both spoken English and Mandarin.
