Mô tả công việc

- C&B tasks: Visa/ Work Permit; Outsourcing management

- Take casual orders as per approved by GM, to be in the reviewing line of the proposal raised on Moin

- Get casual signed on agreement

- Maintain & update casual database & report

- Provide facilities/equiptments on their first day

- Casual time attendance check on Cadena system

- Support casual to open bank account

- Recognition program

- Refresh package management

- Parking issues for all staffs inside hotel

- Staff birthday

- Order monthly office stationery

- Manage general affairs (taxi, internet, phone)

- Manage HR fund

- Support staff to go to Korea and vice versa

- Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation

- Other HR and Admin issues

Yêu cầu công việc

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

- Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

- Basic Adobe Illustrator, photoshop skill and film maker

- Good writing skills

- English

- Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.

-1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experierce
