Coordinates the planning, organization, and training necessary to achieve bar objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, communication and awareness, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, and sanitation.

Represents the bar professionally through effective communication, cooperation and relationships with leaders and employees throughout the hotel.

Collaborates with the team to create a culture and bar work environment based upon respect; fosters opportunities for team to learn, grow and develop their abilities.

Understands completely all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.

Acts as an ambassador in the community and ensures that our Bars are properly represented...

Knowledge of guest service, food & beverage, excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong business acumen.

Previous experience in a luxury Resort preferred.

At least three years of previous bar or restaurant experience.

Strong knowledge of wine/beverage programs and is keenly aware of international trends.

Keen to develop craftmenship of the team and is a motivating leader who sets the tone and energy for the team.

Keen to learn about the region and is creative to adapt this to the experiences we offer our guests.
