Mô tả công việc
- To greet all guests at all times in a friendly manner and use guest’s name at every opportunity
- Complete guest check-in & check - out procedures.
- To register the guest, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained, i.e. name in full, address, whether company or private booking, special rate, allowances, VIP, charge details, nationality, passport number, etc.
- To allocate room according to reservations list, ensuring that this is what the guest has booked, both in terms of the room itself and the rate to be paid. Review the room rates, room location, and types of room.
- Keep properly the accounts of the guests for their expenses during their stay and charge them upon departure or any time they ask for it.
- Handle every kind of requests and complaints of the guests.
- Balance the cash, currency, credit cards received from the guests and hand them to the accounting department before ending of shift.
- Make reports to the accounting department.
- To do everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
- Check and prepare all the nigh reports and all necessary reports, forms required to carry out the daily operation.
- Get information about the daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel into log book
- Report any unusual occurrences and requests to Front Office Supervisor/ Duty Manager/ Assistant Front Office Manager/ Front Office Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: College Graduate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
- Certification: Certification in Front Office operation (preferred but not required).
- Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office operation at 4-5 star hotel
- Other: Knowledgeable of Front Office computer system; strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English.
