Mô tả công việc

This position is responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Housekeeping with the efficient operation of all housekeeping functions including maintaining hotel property in a sanitary and hygienic condition
Ensure all Housekeeping staff is complying with the company standards regarding dress and appearance Brief assigned housekeeping staff, schedule duties and tasks and ensure follow-up
Responsible for the general cleanliness of the assigned areas.
Responsible for coordinating with the Assistant Director of Housekeeping to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and procedures within the Housekeeping Dept.
Ensure that all paperwork assigned to this position is completed and submitted in a timely manner to Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
Responsible for organization, inspection and maintenance of the Housekeeping lockers (beside stateroom service lockers).
Responsible for all Housekeeping equipment.
Responsible for all operational related training for all team members.
Responsible for the writing of daily work orders, submission to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping and follow-up.
Responsible for the implementation of cleaning schedules for all areas and follow-up.
Ensure that all accidents are immediately reported to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping & Chief of Security.
Perform other duties as directed by the Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
Assist with the evaluation of team members and inform the Assistant Director of Housekeeping of any candidates suitable for promotion.

Successful completion of training in Housekeeping Department
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: Excellent
SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to plan and implement housekeeping programs and policies and to train and supervise staff
Computer: Excel, Word, Outlook
Skills: Leadership, Problem Solving, Time Management, Training & Coaching
Strong administration & organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
A minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury and upscale settings;
