• GENERAL MISSION

• To support Finance Department in any daily tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

• Assisting Accounts Receivable (A/R) in undertaking and being responsible for the control and banking of all daily cash and cheque payments

• Assisting A/R in managing all cash float refurbishment including his/her own fund

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in managing all daily cash and cheque collection (from cashier, bill collectors) in the strict respect of hotel policies and to formally reconcile collection amounts with system reports.

• Assisting in performing daily foreign currency exchange with the officially appointed money changer and check and reconcile all foreign exchange submission and calculation from Front Office and POS

• Assisting in preparing and performing without delay banking of all daily cash and cheques collected

• Assisting in all daily basic the General Cashier Report where daily collection/ baking is formally reconciled

• Assisting in all in-house funds at operational level by timely reimbursing cashier’s paid-outs and proceed randomly to float count, formalized in report

• Assisting in the daily hotel foreign exchange rates and update all rates as per hotel policy

• Assisting in petty cash disbursements against petty cash float and ensure the timely reimbursement so that all petty cash needs are catered for in the strict respect of hotel policies

• Assisting in the safeguard of all cheques and cash received in his/her custody

RELATIONS

• Closely working with the Accounts Receivable.

• Assisting General Accountant and Accounts Payable when necessary.

OTHER RESPONBILITIES

• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other ad-hoc duties as designated by higher management

- Follow as Hotel's policy

Students preparing to graduate from College, University specialized in Hospitality, Finance - Accounting industry.

• Tiếng Anh: khả năng viết và giao tiếp tốt.

English skills: fluent in both writing and speaking.

• Kỹ năng vi tính: sử dụng tốt vi tính văn phòng.

IT skills: good in Microsoft office.
