Mô tả công việc

Manage the Security function to provide a safe and secure hotel environment for our guests and employees. Adhere to local regulations concerning Occupational Safety and Health, hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

• Coordinates and organizes the day to day operations of the department including planning and controlling

• Supervises out-scoured Security Guards for ensuring adherence to hotel policy

• Manages the develop and implementation of departmental standards

• Ensures all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to a high standard

• Monitors and maintains all product and performance standards and ensure action is taken when standards are not met

• Ensures firearms and other weapons are not carried by staff when on duty Supervises emergency drills

• Records emergency drill information in correct forms and maintain records in accordance with Mercure Bana Hills French Village policy

• Oversees the security department including layout of security personnel and their detailed and regular training

• Reports all performance concerns of contracted staff to relevant contact at contractors after informing General Manager & Executive Assistant Manager.

• Check and analyze all incoming reports to formalize action plan Maintain the loyalty and discipline of all security personnel
