2. Attends major travel functions that deal specifically with her / his marketing area within Vietnam.

3. Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his / her marketing areas.

4. Promotes and achieve the targeted room nights, room revenue and food and beverage revenue and produces monthly report to GM.

5. Plans sales trips under the direct approval of the GM to major marketing areas within Vietnam, calling on accounts within specific marketing area. All follow up letters and action plans to be done after the trip.

6. Provides feedback to the GM on changing market conditions, including trends in competitions, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his / her market areas. Arranges FAM / Site inspection trips to Resort major clients and accompanis clients.

7. Attends all sales and marketing meetings and entertain at least two to three potential key clients and prospects with the direct approval of GM.

8. Disseminates Sales information to other departments as appropriate.

9. Maintains high level of exposure in the Resort in major market areas through direct solicitations, telephone contacts and written communications.

10. Coordinate with related departments for all Group bookings.

11. Do Sales reports as DOSM or General Manager’ s request

12. Other task: Assigned by DOSM or General Manager
