· Responsibility for an efficient and smooth check-in and check-out of all hotel guests according to established procedures.
· Requests are handled in a polite, efficient manner and a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
· Ensure a high level of liaison is maintained between Front Office and all other departments within the hotel.
· Ensure the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the customers or other departments.
· Maximization of room sales and revenue for the hotel by ensuring a sales attitude is adopted at all times, and an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel is maintained whereas the operational costs are minimized.
· Handle all cash and payment transactions with utmost accuracy.
· Ensure that all transactions are processed in the hotel system.
· Adhere to pre‑set availability and rate controls and ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.
· Adhere to company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.
· Maintain and update guest history and marketing database as per Front Office procedures.
· Act as Reservation Clerk after Reservations office hours and on public holidays.
· On night shift: Prepare room allocations, print registration cards, prepare welcome booklets. Print and prepare morning reports.
· Ensure health and security is maintained to guests and staff at all times.
· Perform any assignment as delegated by the superior.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Hospitality Bachelor is preferable
- Good communication & English
- Good at dealing with situations
- Having experience in hospitality is an advantage
- Having hospitality attitude
