Mô tả công việc

Able to take care of food inventory, follow FIFO, control food preparation
Ensure portioning is follow up for each recipe to ensure food cost on track
Able to follow and teach recipes to new comers and trainee
Report to CDP and Sous Chef on daily basis
Dynamic, hardworking and good communication with the Team
Can accumulate different information coming at the same time and take note of it
Can work under pressure during busy operation and ensure excellent service

At least 5 years kitchen experience with 1-2 years as Demi CDP
Experience in French fine dining or Farm to table restaurant
Good knowledge on basics of French cuisine, sauce, stock,
Experienced in International 5 stars hotel
Strong knowledge on HACCP
