Food and Beverage Sales Manager

• Proactively solicit and managing food and beverage sales opportunities for all F&B outlets.
• Actively introduce food and beverage promotions to customers (new and repeated, corporate, tour groups, etc.) and follow up with them to close sales.
• Liase with concerned departments to organize events at outlets.
• Be on floor to interact with customers to enhance relationships and seek chances to upsell, introduce services, promotions and obtain feedback for improvements.
• Share and work with F&B management team to come up with effective food and beverage sales and customer service strategies, plans and promotion programmes.
• Build up customer database and conduct intensive marketing of food and beverage sales promotions to customers. 
• Be updated on food and beverage trends,  nowadays' customer habits, preferences for food and beverage products, services and implement best practices at outlets.
  
• Perform contracting and admin work to support sales, service and after sales service.

• Fluent English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
• Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Able to develop and sustain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs
• Passionate about meeting customers and making sales
• Able to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve food and beverage  revenue and outlet goals as well guest satisfaction
• Creative, well organized, willing to work in flex-shifts and under high pressure
• Good computer skills
• Good supervisory/management skills
• Food and beverage sales experience in hotel industry, restaurant chains
• Working experience in 4 to 5 star hotels, restaurant chains in the same position should be priority
