Mô tả công việc

- Draws up the Sales and Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the hotel.

- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).

- Identify business potential and upkeeps close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them, especially with corporate accounts.

- Develop and foster good rapport with the public, clients and members of the trade in an effort to ensure and promote a good image of the hotel.

- Bachelor degree in Business / Marketing/ Hospitality Management

- Team player, outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills, innovative, creative and pro-active

- Strong media, presentation and computer skills

- Be results focused and be able to implement activities to drive revenue

- Fluent written and spoken English language
