Mô tả công việc
• Perform all day-to-day activities related to the event sales function, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of own, departmental and hotel revenue goals.
• Co-ordinate and handle sales and event enquiries verbally, in writing, and personally with the customer, and follow-up with customer post-event. For example, thank-you letter, and comment card form is sent out 24 hours after function, and follow-up call made to solicit further business.
• Meet prospective clients and regular clients for site inspections to show them the hotel and banqueting facilities as required.
• Fully discuss all details of a function with the client to ensure the smooth running of a function. Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well organised manner.
• Attend and supervise banqueting functions through the Banquet Supervisor/Manager to ensure that the function runs to the standards laid down by the company. Make presence known to customer during the event.
• Liaise between Sales, and Account manager and customer through the event sales process.
• Record all enquiries, turndowns and cancellations and evaluating on an individual basis for future potential business.
• Be familiar and have knowledge on all departments within the hotel.
• Attend the monthly Banqueting, Sales and Event Management meeting.
• Ensure that the Weekly Function List and BEOs are prepared in accordance with the schedule of the week.
• Be aware of and enact all company’s SOPs.
• At all times to represent the hotel in accordance with company standards of dress, grooming and hygiene.

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 1 year of Event/ M.I.C.E sales experience in 4 and 5 star hotels
- Good English in both written and spoken
• Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Able to develop and sustain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs
• Passionate about meeting customers and making sales
• Creative, well organized, willing to work under high pressure
• Good computer skills
